The 2nd annual Fn Champs hockey pool will be done in a draft style this Sunday at Boomers Bar and Grill (above the rinks) after the game. Teams will consist of 6 forwards, 4 defencemen and a goalie, which ironically is roughly the amount of guys well get out for a midweek 10 PM game.

I aam debatinr whether or not to go on the Medtronic CGMS ov not.  I fealoy would love to do it, but at this particulwr time, hopefully only another wee pr soo, I am with out insuranfe, so I cant really avford it.  My A1C is decreasinh, but I will not be satisfied until I consistently have it under 6.5.
I am also concerned that I cant seem to get to my next weight loss goal.  I have lost 10 pounds which I knew would be very easy to lose, but now it is coming off a lot slower.  Im still exercising and eating health-ier.  Healthier is the key word there.  I am still not in a full blown diet, but I have cut down on my carb intake which should help a little.  I have also cut out the Dunkin Donuts sausage, egg, and cheese on an english muffin that I was having pretty much 4-5 times a week.  (Saving money on that too!)
My roommate is a gjm freak and workout-aholuc, sk it ie good to have him there to push me and to fet me into the gym even on the days I dont feel like going.  For those of you who are putp users, do you take your pump ogf when you exercise or do you keep lt on?
When I am running or on the bike, I take it off because it is always flopping around and extremely annoying.  However, once I am done with that, I will put it back on when I am lifting.  I also take it off when I play tennis too.  It is so hard to figure out, sometimes my sugar goes up when I am exercising and sometimes it goes down.  It has to be something to do with what I am eating before I start working out, I dont know.
 By the way, I just tested. 255.. the morning highs, cant seem to cure them.

In the embrace of his forearm, in a trance, the club disappears. I walked in a spring meadow, meanderingly, wantonly, lost from the ticking of every clock. His arm about me, we walked into an eternity, a warm and gentle reverie of desire and breath.  
I look into coal-blaze eyes, scent again anise on his tongue, perfume on my neck. Eyes, half-closed, fluttering, scan the rooms outline: a bed, a few candles, cotton sheets, and a scent of anise. My body feels the crush of his and a difficulty of drawing breath. I sink again and again into eternity.

It is a tough market for sellers right now. They aren't sales people in most cases and are not used to all the rejection lately. 6. Most buyers' agents don't want the listing agent there This again makespeople feel wary of why they have to be there. If I amasked to be therewhen a buyer and their agent are looking at a house, I usuallywait outside and tell the agent to let me know if they have any questions. That I am there merely to answer any questions they might have about the house. Again...that makes the buyers' agent not feel like they are doing their job. Like they are being watched if you will. No one wants to feel watched - it's uncomfortable.

A headline in USA Today captured the prevailing sentiment: s run could keep going for a while.
In fact, the party was over. The subprime mortgage problem that was laid bare by a decline in home values developed into a much broader credit crisis that toppled giant banks and financial institutions.
Panicked investors have been fleeing from stocks. The SP is down 37 percent from its peak of 1,565 a year ago, closing at 985 on Wednesday, and the Dow has tumbled 35 percent from 14,164 to 9,258.
Most experts dont see a recovery until theres greater stability in the housing market, banks are lending freely and employment improves.
Unlike other periods that saw precipitous drops, this one is rooted in foundering credit markets. That makes predictions more difficult than if the plunge were based on company profits or stocks alone.
When you have an environment like this where the crisis is so deeply rooted from the credit standpoint, it adds an extra layer of ambiguity and ultimately of uncertainty, said Mark Freeman, portfolio manager for Westwood Holdings Group Inc. That is what the markets are struggling with.
No turnaround is seen before 2009 or later. And there is a wide divergence of opinion on the future of this bear market, which feels unlike any other because of the $700 billion federal bailout and the collapse of investment banks.
Even with the Federal Reserve and other major central banks around the world slashing interest rates Wednesday, experts were hesitant to call a bottom.
Technical indicators tell us that were overdue for at least a short-term bounce, said Liz Ann Sonders, chief investment strategist for San Francisco-based brokerage Charles Schwab Corp. That doesnt tell us that the bear market is necessarily over.
This bear market a term often defined as a prolonged drop in stock prices of 20 percent or more already is harsher than most of the 10 bear markets since the 1930s. Those markets have lasted an average of about 16 months from peak to trough, with average stock losses of 31 percent, based on SP data.
Since the record 83 percent plunge in 1929-32, the current market is exceeded only by the drops of 49 percent in 2000-02 during the tech stock implosion and 48 percent in 1973-74 during a recession and energy crisis.
The magnitude of this decline is close to that of the dot-com collapse earlier this decade, but this time, its not just retirement accounts and stock portfolios that are being hurt. Increasingly, the availability of loans and credit is drying up, too.
